Listen to the hypnotic journey when you have the freedom to truly relax and drop into the experience. Listen day or night.
Do not listen to the recording while you are driving, operating machinery, or don’t have the ability to drop into a state of full relaxation.
Ensure you’ve scheduled uninterrupted time to journey. This includes time to relax before beginning your journey, the journey itself, and quiet time after you’ve returned to journal about your experience.
Decide on a comfortable and private place to journey. This space should allow you to relax in a reclined position with your eyes closed (an eye mask might come in handy!).
Grab a blanket just in case as body temperature can drop during relaxed states.
Silence your phone and any other devices that may interrupt your magic carpet ride.
Let family, roommates, or anyone else in your space know that you will not be available while you’re journeying so that you have truly uninterrupted time to yourself.
