What is hypnosis?
Hypnotic trance occurs when you enter into a state of deep relaxation or focus, also known as the theta brainwave state.
This transcendental state is completely natural; in fact, we access it at least twice a day when we move in and out of sleep. This state can be accessed spontaneously (like in a yoga class or while you’re getting a massage), or intentionally (through hypnosis, with plant medicine, meditation, chanting, or somatic movements).
In this state, you are safe and completely aware of your surroundings. You have easier access to your intuition and inner knowing, the collective consciousness, memories, and other lives and dimensions. These hard-to-describe transcendent experiences can allow you to access new perspectives, clarity, and a deeper sense of joy, love, confidence, and embodiment.
