Why Group Hypnosis
After more than seven years of offering one-on-one sessions,
Jina noticed that some of the most meaningful and stabilizing experiences emerged not from individualized analysis, but from well-held group settings. When people enter hypnosis together, the shared field often allows the work to move farther and deeper, while still remaining grounded and regulated. The presence of others can create a sense of safety, momentum, and coherence that supports insight without pressure or performance.
In group settings, optional discussion after a journey can also deepen integration.
Hearing how others interpret their experiences often provides useful metaphors that help participants understand their own process more clearly. Sharing, when someone chooses to do so, can support reflection, normalization, and a sense of connection, while remaining entirely voluntary.
Over time, it became clear that one-on-one sessions are not required for people to receive meaningful benefit from this work. What matters more is an individual’s comfort, readiness, and trust in the process itself. Jina has worked in the wellness field since 2002.
Spending over 15 years as a fitness and health coach and consultant helping people reconnect with their true nature through grounded, embodied practices rather than abstract theory or incentive programs.
Her professional path shifted after experiencing the impact of hypnosis on her own clarity, emotional regulation, and capacity for enduring and responsibility.
What began as personal curiosity quickly became a focused area of study, as Jina found hypnosis to be one of the most practical tools for working with the mind, perception, and internal guidance. The experience reshaped how she understood emotion and motivation.
Alongside hypnosis, long-distance hiking and extended time in nature play a central role in Jina’s work.
She views endurance hiking as another form of awareness training: a way of expanding capacity, regulating the nervous system, and learning to stay oriented and clear in high-stress, physically-demanding moments.
Together, these practices inform her approach to hypnosis as a tool for clarity, steadiness, and expanded awareness that remains grounded in everyday life.
